About the Position

Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Florida

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift; 8-week contract

Highlights:

• Level III-IV NICU specializing in neonates ranging from 23 weeks gestation to 4 months
• Advanced critical care including ventilators, high-frequency oscillators, nitric oxide therapy, and management of micro preemies
• Respond to neonatal emergencies, attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries
• Bedside procedures include peripheral IV insertion, intubations, percutaneous catheter insertions, and septic workups
• Treat complex conditions such as extreme prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, congenital anomalies, and seizures
• Immediate start with expedited onboarding process available

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required; 3+ years strongly preferred
• Level III-IV NICU experience mandatory
• Demonstrated competency with ventilators, oscillators, pressors, and care of micro preemies
• STABLE, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and BLS certifications required
• Must reside within 50 miles of facility
