Owning the management of platform partnerships, the full-time Account Executive, Platform Partnerships will drive product adoption and enablement for over 16 credit union partners, ensuring effective utilization of Silvur's retirement planning tools while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary product expert and design scalable training programs for credit union staff Manage ongoing relationships with credit union partners, leading quarterly business reviews and optimizing program configurations Oversee new partner onboarding from kickoff through full program deployment, coordinating with internal and partner teams Required qualifications 5+ years in client onboarding, partner success, or account management Startup experience with comfort in ambiguous environments and process building Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships Experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making Familiarity with modern tech tools including AI applications, Google Workspace, and project management software
