Litigation Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment
Our client is seeking a litigation associate with 4-7 years of experience to join its L&E practice group out of their Jacksonville or Boston offices.
Litigation Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
- Draft and argue motions, as well as take and defend depositions.
- Demonstrate strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills.
- Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
- Admission to the Florida or Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
