Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) | Hybrid Opportunity | Cary, NC Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Telehealth Registered Nurse to join a dynamic specialty pharmacy team supporting patients enrolled in FDA-mandated Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) programs. Location Cary, NC Pay Rate: $40/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Occasional 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST shifts (Once performance metrics are met, enjoy a hybrid work arrangement with both onsite and remote work opportunities.) What You’ll Do Educate and counsel patients on specialty and REMS medications Support medication adherence and patient therapy programs Conduct patient outreach and follow established call schedules Discuss side effects and treatment expectations Coordinate medication refills and delivery support Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Report adverse events and product complaints according to regulatory requirements Collaborate with pharmacy teams and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient care Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license (NC, TX, or Compact License) Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or accredited Nursing Diploma 2-3 years of direct patient care experience required 5 years of nursing experience preferred Acute care, inpatient, or outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient counseling skills Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone supporting patients Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing Ideal Candidate A patient advocate who genuinely enjoys helping others Comfortable with repetitive processes and documentation Self-motivated and highly organized Passionate about patient education and healthcare outcomes Experienced in motivational interviewing and relationship building Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
