Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) – Pediatric Associates of Watertown

Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage phone inquiries, coordinate appointment scheduling, and handle patient check-ins/check-outs.
- Collect updated patient demographic and insurance details accurately.
- Support smooth front-office workflows to keep appointments running on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer Service Focus: Strong communication skills, an encouraging phone manner, and a passion for helping others.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software or general awareness of HIPAA privacy rules is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
