Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff within the long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality resident care
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness
- Manage staffing and scheduling to support safe, consistent care delivery
- Oversee quality metrics, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in admissions, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary rounds to optimize resident outcomes

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Washington (or eligible to obtain)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care and quality standards
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee care planning, staff supervision, and clinical documentation
- Availability to work on-site during evening hours
