Tuesday,Wednesday 5:00pm-12:00am

Acuity: High; Feeding Tube,Trach,Vent

Schedule : Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Daytona, 32117

Age Range : Child

Acuity: Low; Feeding Tube

Schedule 3

Schedule : Monday,Thursday,Sunday 6:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Daytona, 32117

Age Range : Adult

Acuity: Low; Feeding Tube

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
