As a Sales Executive for our Central Maryland operation, you are responsible for new business development in a productive, sales-driven environment, running the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Your ambition directly shapes your income, career trajectory and future. OTE (base + commission) 90k+ first year, 125k+ second year

Core Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline
- Initiate the sales process: schedule appointments, understand account requirements, present tailored solutions, negotiate winning deals
- Close wins by building rapport, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
- Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
- Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to support growth and results
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 2-3 years successful B2B sales experience with a "hunter" mindset and passion for achievement
- Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)
- Strong skill set for prospecting, learning and developing a territory
- Proficiency in CRM systems, strong data entry and organization of sales data and MSO skills
- Outgoing, dynamic personality
- Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up
- Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close
- Ability to coordinate activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams

This territory will be confined to the counties of Harford, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard & Anne Arundel, Baltimore City.
