Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to orchestrate cohesive mental health treatment plans that align with both facility-based and external resources.

• Deliver mental health training sessions to our medical, psychiatric, and security teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and support for patient care.

• Act swiftly and judiciously to intervene in mental health crises that may arise within the remote and clinical settings.
\n
• Participate in commitment hearings when necessary, as determined by contractual obligations with the facility.
\n
• Develop individual treatment plans for patients, establishing clear goals tailored to each person's unique circumstances and needs.

• Document all interactions with clients accurately and thoroughly, maintaining adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines.

• Conduct verification of patient mental health histories, including previous treatments and psychotropic medications, to inform ongoing care.

• Prepare regularly scheduled reports and special analytics on mental health outcomes and program effectiveness as warranted by your clinical observations.

• Coordinate with nursing and mental health staff to facilitate effective post-release referrals, ensuring continuity of care.
