Now Hiring: Welder (MIG/TIG) - Structural Steel

We are seeking an entry level and experienced Welders to join a growing structural steel fabrication team. This role primarily focuses on MIG (GMAW) welding with occasional TIG welding to support production needs. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components according to specifications.

• Complete TIG welding on steel components as needed.

• Prepare, position, align, and secure materials for welding.

• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions.

• Maintain welding equipment and report any maintenance concerns.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience performing MIG welding on structural steel.

• TIG welding experience preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.

• Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper PPE use.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to inspect welds using visual inspections and measuring tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fabrication environment and handling steel materials.

• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Night Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 5:30 PM - 4:30 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
