Together, we can save lives and create a real impact.We seek a dynamic, results-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations and report directly to the COO.As a Finance Manager, you will:Lead Medsien's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.Build and maintain financial models that support short-term execution and long-term strategic planning.Develop accurate revenue, expense, headcount, cash-flow, and profitability forecasts.Analyze company performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.Create clear financial reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level insights for CEO, COO and other company leaders.Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Patient Growth, and other teams to build departmental plans and improve financial accountability.Evaluate pricing, customer profitability, unit economics, margins, investments, hiring plans, and resource-allocation decisions.Build financial models for new products, programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.Support cash management, runway planning, scenario analysis, and capital-planning decisions.Partner with internal and external accounting resources to ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with the company's planning needs.Improve the reliability, consistency, and automation of financial data, reporting, and forecasting processes.Establish scalable financial planning processes and operating rhythms as Medsien continues to grow.Support board, investor, lender, financing, and due diligence materials as needed.Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership by turning financial and operational data into clear recommendations and decisions.We are looking for candidates who have:6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial planning, or a related finance role,Strong experience building and maintaining financial models, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and long-range plans,Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance, identify meaningful trends, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations,Experience developing management reporting, KPI dashboards, budget-to-actual analyses, and executive-level financial presentations,Strong understanding of financial statements, accrual accounting, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and the relationship between operational and financial performance,Experience partnering with business leaders to evaluate investments, headcount, pricing, resource allocation, and other strategic decisions,Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to build reliable and scalable financial models,Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage recurring planning and reporting processes,Strong executive communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly to non-finance leaders,Ability to work hands-on in a fast-growing organization while building more scalable financial processes and reporting systems.Some nice-to-have qualifications include experience in:Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed, SaaS, technology-enabled services, or healthcare technology company,Understanding of healthcare economics, medical billing, claims, reimbursements, or revenue-cycle operations,Experience supporting a business with recurring, usage-based, per-member, or service-based revenue,Experience analyzing unit economics, customer profitability, gross margins, pricing, and contribution margins,Experience with workforce planning, capacity modeling, sales commissions, and departmental budgeting,Experience preparing reporting and financial materials for executives, boards, investors, or lenders,Experience supporting fundraising, financing, due diligence, or strategic transactions,Familiarity with accounting and finance systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, or similar platforms,Experience improving financial data quality, reporting automation, and cross-functional planning processes,CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant finance credential.For this position, we offer:Competitive USD salary,Generous vacation and PTO policies,Fully remote work opportunities,Training, mentorship, and coaching from leadership.Our ProcessWe will review your application along with all the others we receive and pick the top profiles for a screening call.
