This role is responsible for both new and ongoing construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved, communication strategies are effectively executed, and client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesConduct regular meetings with team members to identify, address, and resolve project-related issuesSubmit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standardsManage and communicate change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts to scope, schedule, and budgetCreate and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), labor budgets, and pre-job packagesParticipate in site meetings and assist with field measurementsSecure customer acceptances or project deliverablesMonitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleOther duties as assignedRequirements/Qualifications:7+ years of experience as a Construction Project ManagerProven ability to lead project teams of varying sizes and drive projects to successful completionStrong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practicesDemonstrated experience in budget management and cost controlProficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculationsTechnical proficiency in AutoCAD and BluebeamExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsDesired Characteristics:Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellenceAbility to maintain clean and organized workFlexible, adaptable, and a reliable team playerBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingESOP – Employee Stock Ownership PlanHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (Holidays / Vacation)Professional DevelopmentWork Location: In-person/Middlesex, NJBAMCO inc. is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms.
