Elevator Watch

Our client, a leading manufacturing facility, is seeking an Elevator Watch to join their team. As an Elevator Watch, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations during critical shutdown periods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Elevator Watch

Location: Valdosta, GA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 12-hour shifts – Day shift (7am - 7pm) and Night shift (7pm - 7am)

What's the Job?

• Monitor elevator usage by personnel and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Maintain accurate records of elevator activity and prohibited items
• Assist with plant shutdown activities, including cleaning, debris removal, and painting
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required training videos
• Support maintenance team as needed during the shutdown period

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Reliable and punctual with a proactive work ethic
