For more than 20 years, WelcomeNewborn has partnered with hospitals across the country to provide professional newborn photography. Every day, we create beautiful first portraits while delivering a warm, stress-free experience for new families. Professional camera equipment, paid training, and ongoing support are all provided, so you can focus on creating an exceptional experience for every family. Pay & Schedule Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour base pay, plus 20% commission on sales and voluntary tips from appreciative families. Average total earnings: $20-$30 per hour, with top performers earning even more. We are looking for one candidate to cover Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday shifts, and one candidate to cover Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday shifts. Shifts typically start at 8:30/9:00 am and end at 3:00/4:00 pm, however these times may vary depending on the number of babies born each day. Other days and availability may be considered to fit your schedule. Schedule: • Part-time, average shifts are 4-5 hours. • Shifts begin at 8:30/9:00 AM. • One weekend day required. • Additional availability may be considered. About the Role As a Newborn Photographer, you'll work independently in our partnered hospital, capturing precious first moments and creating an exceptional experience for every family. This role combines photography, customer service, and sales in a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference for families during one of the most memorable times in their lives. What You'll Do • Photograph newborns and their families using professional equipment. • Create a warm, friendly, and memorable experience for every family. • Present photography packages and help families choose the option that's right for them. • Edit and submit images using company software. • Process orders and payments accurately. • Build positive relationships with hospital staff while representing WelcomeNewborn professionally.
