Job TitleResponsibilities:Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware, making sure they are clean, dry and spot free.Keep dish area, machine, and racks clean and organized.Stock all clean dishes in storage locations.Take trash out of garbage cans and transport to the dumpster. Replacing all can liners.Drain dish machine and disassemble parts for cleaning.Sweep and mop every shift or as needed.Perform all other duties as assigned.Keeping chemicals full and replacing them when needed using the proper PPE (personal protective equipment)Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.Knowledge of all promotions and events.All other duties as assigned.Environmental Working Conditions:The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.Target Salary:Target Salary Range $15.50Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. This position is working with standard kitchen equipment, in coolers and freezers, sometimes slippery floors Must be able to recognize potential food hazards Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
