Work Location: Franklin and Hampshire County What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home Providing medication reminders Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking Performing light housekeeping and laundry Offering companionship and emotional support Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required. Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements. Flexible Scheduling We understand that work-life balance matters. That's why we offer schedules designed to fit your availability, including: Weekday and weekend day shifts Overnight shifts Fill-in assignments PRN opportunities Overtime when available Whether you're looking for a few shifts each week or a more consistent schedule, we'll work with you to find the right fit.
