We are expanding our flooring sales team in Central Texas and looking for motivated independent sales representatives to help grow our market presence in Austin, Waco, San Antonio, and surrounding areas.
This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for sales professionals who already have connections in construction, remodeling, property management, or real estate development.
Our company specializes in Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Laminate Flooring, offering 70 color options with large inventory stocked in Texas, allowing fast delivery and competitive pricing for both residential and commercial projects.
Because we maintain strong inventory locally, our sales representatives can close projects faster without long wait times, giving you a major advantage when working with contractors and builders.
This role is ideal for individuals who already sell to contractors, remodeling companies, builders, apartment owners, property managers, or commercial project managers and want to add a high-demand flooring product line to their portfolio.
You focus on bringing in the business our team handles product supply, logistics, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Develop relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial clients
Identify flooring opportunities for renovations, new construction, and commercial projects
Present flooring solutions and available product options
Work with our team to prepare quotes and pricing
Close deals and build long-term customer relationships
Ideal Candidates
Experience in flooring, construction materials, remodeling, or building supplies sales
Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or property managers preferred
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
