We're seeking a Board-Certified FM, IM, or Geriatric Physician to join our Westside Chicago clinic serving older adults on Medicare in an underserved community.

Highlights:

Outpatient only - Mon-Fri , no nights/weekends
Small patient panels (12-15/day) for quality care
Above-market salary - no RVU pressure
Quarterly quality-based bonuses
6 weeks PTO + $5K CME stipend
Full benefits + 401(k) w/ immediate vesting
