Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health symptoms, acuity, strengths, and treatment needs. \n
- Develop tailored, culturally sensitive treatment plans that prioritize family involvement, addressing the specific needs of each client. \n
- Provide a range of outpatient services, including individual therapy and family counseling, while utilizing trauma-informed practices throughout. \n
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to optimize client outcomes and ensure coordinated care. \n
- Document clinical encounters in a timely manner, including client assessments and treatment plans, adhering to all programmatic and regulatory standards. \n
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation that align with organizational benchmarking for best practices. \n
- Manage a designated caseload, adapting to programmatic needs and ensuring effective intervention for clients experiencing crisis situations. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. \n
- An active clinical license in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. \n
- Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in a clinical environment. \n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear interactions with clients and colleagues alike. \n

- 3 to 4 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, especially with vulnerable populations, is preferred. \n
- Prior experience working in a telehealth environment is a valuable asset. \n
- A strong background in trauma-informed care practices. \n
