This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a cardiovascular laboratory setting, supporting procedures such as angioplasty and stenting, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during cardiac interventions. It is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs to work with a dedicated team utilizing advanced equipment and technology. Job Details: Location: 550 N. Hillside Avenue, Wichita, KS 67214 Shift: Day shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Start Date: 09/07/2026 Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Position Type: Travel assignment Number of Positions: 1 Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; active Kansas RN licensure; minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience; location requirements in Kansas; minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Mac Lab and Meditech electronic medical record systems; familiarity with cardiac procedures including cardiac drips, angioplasty, and stenting. Additional Information: Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and an easy-going personality. The unit operates with a team of 12 staff members, including 9 RNs (with 2 travelers), and four beds dedicated to cardiac interventions. Nurses may be on call one night per week and one weekend per month. The unit features advanced equipment and a supportive environment conducive to experienced cardiac nurses seeking a dynamic role.
