Your Responsibilities as a Residential Service Electrician As a Residential Service Electrician, your technical skills will be crucial in diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential homes. Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements for the Residential Service Electrician position: 3+ years of professional‑level electrical experience – You should have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairs. 2+ years of sales experience , with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance. In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners and presenting solutions. A commitment to delivering top‑notch customer service and ensuring safety. Pay & Other Benefits At Mr. Electric, your compensation reflects both your technical expertise and your sales performance. You’ll earn between $70,000 to $150,000 annually, with: Base pay plus performance‑based incentives , rewarding your hard work and sales success.
