Health Dimensions Group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. In this executive leadership role, you’ll partner directly with the President and senior leadership to shape financial strategy, optimize organizational performance, and support the continued growth of Health Dimensions Group and our expanding portfolio of managed senior living communities. We’re looking for an executive leader who enjoys partnering with people just as much as numbers—someone who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, develop exceptional teams, build trusted relationships across the organization, and help position Health Dimensions Group for continued success.
What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Lead Financial Strategy & Organizational Growth
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the President and Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop and execute long‑term financial strategies supporting both Health Dimensions Group and our managed communities.
- Provide executive‑level financial guidance that drives organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision‑making.
- Participate as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team while helping shape organizational priorities and future initiatives.
- Ensure financial insight is incorporated into key business decisions and organizational strategy.
Drive Financial Performance & Operational Excellence
- Provide executive oversight of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long‑range financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, operating results and key performance indicators while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely, accurate and meaningful financial reporting for both Health Dimensions Group and its managed communities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Present financial performance, strategic recommendations and organizational insights to executive leadership, ownership groups and operational leaders.
Oversee Treasury, Banking & Financial Stewardship
- Lead treasury management, including cash flow, investments, banking relationships, lines of credit and lending partnerships.
- Provide oversight of enterprise insurance programs and organizational financial risk management.
- Support financing initiatives, mortgage activities and financial institution relationships that strengthen organizational performance.
- Ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources while positioning Health Dimensions Group for long‑term financial success.
Build & Develop High‑Performing Finance Teams
- Lead the Finance Department under Health Dimensions Group’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) model, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing Finance Leadership Team.
- Promote a culture centered on integrity, compliance, operational excellence and professional growth.
- Build future finance leaders through succession planning, leadership development and ongoing mentorship.
Support Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities, business development initiatives and organizational growth strategies.
- Lead financial due diligence, pro forma analysis and financial feasibility assessments for prospective management opportunities.
- Oversee financial integration for newly managed communities, including banking, financial systems, insurance and business office operations.
- Collaborate across departments to support Health Dimensions Group’s continued growth and client success.
Champion Financial Integrity & Organizational Success
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and organizational policies.
- Oversee financial controls, accounting procedures, tax coordination and enterprise reporting.
- Develop and strengthen financial policies and operational procedures that support organizational excellence.
- Continuously improve financial systems, reporting processes and operational efficiencies across Health Dimensions Group and its managed communities.
What You Bring To The Table
Education & Executive Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or senior living.
- Minimum of 5 years related management experience, preferably within healthcare or senior living.
- Experience serving as a senior financial leader responsible for enterprise‑wide financial strategy and organizational performance.
Financial & Strategic Expertise
- Extensive experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and organizational financial strategy.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury management and operational finance.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, business development and organizational growth initiatives through financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting tools.
