Care Partner Position Type: Full Time Location: Strongsville, Ohio Required Shift Schedule: Week 1: Monday / Wednesday / Thursday; Week 2: Monday / Saturday / Sunday; 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Starting Wage: $18 - $20 per hour Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 Responsibilities Serve as an advocate of empathy: create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Act as an engaged egghead: ask questions, stay curious, and participate in development, growth, and training. Take a proactive role in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English: read, write, understand, and communicate. Positive, energetic attitude, and love for residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident data. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Capability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Must be criminally cleared. Benefits Company match 401(k) 100% match up to first 3% and fully vested upon enrollment.
