Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bring our private, hybrid cloud and emerging technology offerings, including our AI infrastructure solutions, to market. You'll shape how we position and launch these offerings, help Sales win and grow accounts, and support our relationship with Gartner. Product Management owns what we build. You'll own how we tell the story and how we drive adoption and revenue growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market and Launches

• Plan and run go-to-market for products and services, with clear adoption and revenue goals for each.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly show the business value of our solutions.
• Create sales tools, collateral, customer stories, and content that support demand generation and adoption.

Revenue Growth and Solution Penetration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on campaigns and plays that increase pipeline and expand solution adoption across our customer base.
• Track and report on marketing's contribution to revenue, including pipeline, win rates, and cross-sell and upsell results.
• Provide market and competitive input to support Product Management's pricing and packaging decisions.

Analyst Relations

• Support our relationship with Gartner and other analysts, including briefings, inquiries, and report submissions such as Magic Quadrants and Market Guides.
• Put analyst insights and recognition to work in our messaging and sales programs.

Market and Customer Insight

• Research market trends, buyer needs, and competitors across private cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and AI.
• Share customer and market feedback with Product Management to inform their roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology.
• Required: Experience marketing VMware, IBM, or Nutanix solutions, either directly or through a partner, reseller, or MSP.
• Practical understanding of AI and how businesses are using it today.
• Experience connecting marketing programs to pipeline and revenue results.
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative and organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Gartner or other industry analysts, or in the MSP or ITSM space, is a plus.
