Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Neurodevelopment Focus

Location: Overland Park, KS
Position Type: Part-Time (3 Days a Week: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Non-Negotiable Schedule )

Supervision: Directly supervised by an OTR/L with 30 years of elite pediatric experience .

Physical Requirements:
Because our program is heavily movement-based and sensory-motor driven, you must be able to move dynamically alongside our students.

• Ability to get up and down from the floor with ease throughout the entire shift.
• Comfort with routine bending, stretching, and physical agility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds briefly and intermittently as needed for safety or equipment adjustments.
