We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine physical capabilities and restrictions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists for optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
