What You'll Be Doing As an Insurance Sales & Customer Relationship Representative, you'll help individuals and families understand their insurance options while developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Include Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services. Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and follow-up. Schedule appointments and conduct customer consultations. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Provide excellent service and ongoing support to existing accounts. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Maintain accurate customer information and activity records. Participate in training and professional development.
