Sr. Experience Designer

DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, effective digital products that support teams across field operations, project delivery, analytics, and corporate functions. This role blends research, interaction design, and visual design to create experiences that are easy to use, reduce friction, and build confidence with end users. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who enjoys learning directly from users, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and translating real-world needs into practical design solutions.Responsibilities:• Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, observational research, and field engagement to uncover how different employee groups complete their work and where digital tools can improve the experience.• Translate research findings into clear artifacts, including personas, journey maps, workflows, and problem definitions that guide product direction and design decisions.• Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and refined interface designs for dashboards, workflow tools, and operational applications used in a range of work environments.• Organize information and interaction patterns in a way that improves usability, supports accessibility, and minimizes unnecessary complexity for end users.• Build and evolve a consistent design system that helps digital products maintain a unified look, feel, and behavior across initiatives.• Partner closely with technology teams, product stakeholders, and business collaborators to ensure proposed experiences are practical, scalable, and aligned with delivery goals.• Plan and facilitate usability evaluations for concepts and live solutions, then refine designs based on observed behavior, feedback, and performance insights.• Work with change and business partners to define measures of adoption and usability, helping confirm that released solutions deliver meaningful value.• Promote user-centered design methods across teams and contribute insights from research to identify new opportunities for future digital improvements.Requirements• At least 5 years of experience in user experience design, product design, digital experience design, or a closely related field.• Strong portfolio showcasing user research, interaction design, and visual design work across digital products or platforms.• Proficiency with modern design applications such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools used for prototyping and interface design.• Demonstrated ability to conduct UX research and turn findings into clear, actionable design recommendations.• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners in cross-functional environments.• Solid understanding of information architecture, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and usability best practices.• Strong communication skills with the ability to present design rationale and guide productive stakeholder discussions.• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus.Job typePerm
