Intelligence Operations Specialist (Curriculum Developer/Instructor)

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Intelligence, Intelligence Enterprise Training Academy (IETA), located in Harpers Ferry, WV. GS-13 Grade Qualifications Experience: You qualify if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Delivering learning through various strategies including instructor‑led training and practical exercises, conducting research, critiquing drafts, and evaluating finished written products and providing comprehensive feedback on student submissions; Applying Analysis, Designing, Developing, Implementation, Evaluation Instructional Systems Design Model (ADDIE) in creating and updating curriculum; Developing evaluation strategies that include a variety of testing instruments and practical application in a live environment to evaluate student learning performance and making recommendations for training program improvement based on analysis of customer feedback.
