Method Development Chemist

Job Description Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 3+ months (Possibility of extension) Local candidates only - Minneapolis, MN. Required: Chromatography experience Analytical laboratory experience Seasoned HPLC chemist Job Roles & Responsibilities Perform method development on GPC methodology during a 3-month contract. Conduct and document laboratory work. Review and approve test records. Participate in the validation of new GPC test methods. Basic Qualifications and Experience Minimum BS in Chemistry or a related scientific field. At least 1 year of experience in a regulated industry environment with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating HPLC. Experience in chemistry or material properties testing in a high-throughput laboratory. Ability to document work accurately and completely. Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Self-motivated with the ability to plan and execute tasks independently. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials. Preferred Skills and Experience Knowledge of materials properties and GPC testing. Experience with laboratory data management systems.
