We're hiring a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team at Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry. This role is crucial to our practice, as you'll be directly assisting our dentists with a variety of procedures and helping to create a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for every patient.
Located in Easton, PA, Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry is a modern dental practice dedicated to high-quality care with a dual focus on both natural and cosmetic dentistry. Pay

$25~$30 per hour

Requirements

• Infection Control License
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

X-Ray Certification.
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.
Solid knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments.
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and strict infection control protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with staff.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Job Description

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment according to strict infection control protocols.
Manage and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during procedures.
Educate patients on post-operative care and proper oral hygiene practices.
Help manage office inventory, ensuring all necessary dental supplies are available.
Assist with pediatric patients, creating a friendly and reassuring experience for our youngest clients.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
