Core Duties Support the intake, categorization, and placement of arriving inventory. Prepare customer orders for dispatch by picking and packing items with high precision. Help maintain a tidy and orderly workspace to drive overall team efficiency. Utilize warehouse machinery like pallet jacks or forklifts, provided you hold the necessary certifications. Work alongside colleagues to ensure we hit our daily production targets. Perform routine stock counts and notify management of any variances. Uphold strict safety standards to foster a secure environment for all staff members. Requirements A high school diploma or its equivalent is considered an asset. Prior background in general labor or warehouse settings is beneficial, though we welcome all applicants. Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs and engaging in manual labor. Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and the ability to execute specific directives. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team cooperation. Foundational knowledge of warehouse processes and safety procedures. Open availability to accommodate different shift patterns, including potential weekend work.
