WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced  Accounting Specialist  with at least one (1) year of accounting experience and a passion for customer service and you’re ready to hit the ground running. You take pride in living out our values every day, joining a company committed to  building community and changing lives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Processing and analyzing financial records with the highest level of service and quality in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
• Performing all accounting activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and month-end for an assigned business unit(s).

WHAT YOU NEED

• High-school diploma or GED equivalent. An associate's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of accounting experience.
• Accounting experience in real estate and/or property management is preferred.
• Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software. Proficiency in RealPage or other Property Management software is preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
