Overview TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist for an On-site opportunity in Fairfield, NJ Duration: Full Time / Permanent Locations: Fairfield, NJ Responsibilities Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees Handle payroll audits, timekeeping, deductions, and compliance activities Work with payroll systems like Dayforce or ADP Support payroll reporting and resolve payroll-related issues Collaborate with HR and Finance teams Use Excel for payroll data analysis and reconciliation Qualifications Experience with Dayforce or ADP payroll systems Multi-state payroll experience preferred Good communication and problem-solving skills Union payroll experience is a plus but not mandatory Workday experience is a plus About TSR TSR Consulting (TSR, Inc.) is an established IT staffing and consulting firm operating since 1967, specializing in providing technical talent, project management, and specialized services across various industries, including energy, financial services, and life sciences.
