Lead Forklift Operator — Workflow & Safety Champion

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago seeks a Lead Forklift Driver to guide daily warehousing operations, set the pace of production and movement of product, and provide solutions to workflow issues. You will work with supervisors and teammates to meet standards and customer needs. This role requires hands-on leadership, safety discipline, and experience with forklift operation, inventory control (FIFO), and equipment maintenance.
