The ideal candidate will have a background in law office procedures and possess strong administrative skills. This role involves managing and coordinating cases, client communication, and will serve as a receptionist for the office by greeting visitors on the phone or in person and directing them appropriately. Minimum 1 year experience in personal injury law. Must speak Spanish. Position is in person only. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, provide case status updates to current clients Conduct data entry and maintain case files Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information Support team with personal injury cases Proofread legal documents for accuracy Conduct legal research as needed Requirements Prior experience in a personal injury law office setting Proficient in data entry and writing skills Ability to conduct client interviews effectively Familiarity with personal injury Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluent in Spanish Job Type Full-time Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience Personal Injury Law: 1 year (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
