Senior Collections Manager
Full-time
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing overseas financial product post-loan operation strategies, and accountable for repayment rates and post-loan user experience.
- Develop user operations for various stages of post-loan repayment, monitor daily post-loan data, and continuously adjust post-loan strategies.
- Manage the local outbound call team, establish relevant performance metrics, continuously improve efficiency, introduce advanced industry capabilities, enhance automation and effectiveness, and reduce post-loan repayment costs.
