We're building a different kind of mortgage company.

Most mortgage companies recruit Loan Officers, offer a compensation plan, and expect them to build their business entirely on their own.

At Roseth Mortgage, we're building a different model.

We've developed HomeSync, our proprietary mortgage and Realtor relationship platform, and invested in a dedicated Realtor outreach program designed to help our Loan Officers develop lasting referral relationships.

We introduce Realtors to tools that can help them grow their businesses, including personalized Realtor pages, local-market exposure, buyer engagement tools, and other technology.

Our Loan Officers are responsible for turning those introductions into genuine, productive relationships.

We're looking for experienced, licensed Loan Officers who understand that successful mortgage origination requires consistency, excellent service, and a willingness to follow up.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

• Realtor introductions: Our outreach team works to identify and introduce potential Realtor partners. You're not starting every relationship from scratch.

• HomeSync technology: Access tools that give Realtors a reason to engage with you beyond interest rates and loan products.

• Competitive compensation: 225 basis points (2.25%) of the loan amount, less a $995 company fee per closed loan, subject to the applicable compensation agreement.

• Product options: Wholesale lender access, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, investment property, and DSCR financing, subject to availability.

This may not be the right opportunity if you prefer to work exclusively from your existing book of business, dislike structured follow-up, resist learning new technology, or expect Realtor introductions to produce loans without ongoing relationship development.

Compensation

Commission-based: 225 BPS less a $995 company fee per closed loan.

Target annual earnings: $100,000–$150,000 for productive Loan Officers. Actual earnings vary based on funded loan volume, loan amounts, and applicable compensation terms. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities: What We Expect From You

We provide tools, introductions, and support. You provide the effort and follow-through.

Your responsibilities include:

• Consistently contact and develop Realtor partners introduced through our outreach program.

• Build trust through meaningful conversations, regular follow-up, and dependable service.

• Conduct short Realtor interviews and help partners understand the value of their HomeSync presence.

• Respond promptly to Realtor and borrower inquiries.

• Originate and manage mortgage transactions while maintaining clear communication.

• Maintain accurate relationship notes, follow-up commitments, and pipeline information in HomeSync.

• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.

• Adapt constructively as we continue improving our technology and processes.

• Develop additional referral and business relationships through your own initiative.

A Realtor introduction is an opportunity, not a guaranteed referral or loan.

We expect Loan Officers to take ownership of their relationships rather than waiting for someone else to generate their next transaction.

Qualifications: Who We're Looking For

• Active NMLS license and appropriate state licensing.

• Two or more years of mortgage origination experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and loan structuring.

• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing Realtor relationships.

• Organized, responsive, and consistent with follow-up.

• Positive, professional, and receptive to coaching.

• Able to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.

• Willing to learn and consistently use our systems.
