Position

Professional Hairstylist

Full-Time or Part-Time Available

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
• Apply hair coloring techniques based on color theory to achieve desired results for clients
• Install and customize hair extensions to enhance length, volume, or style preferences
• Conduct hair threading and eyelash extension procedures to provide comprehensive beauty services
• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Use salon management software such as MANGOMINT to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records
• Offer retail products through upselling techniques to meet client needs while supporting store sales goals

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Cosmetology License (requirement)
• Professional salon experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Passion for beauty, luxury service, and continued growth
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
