Our client, a nationally recognized A+ rated insurance carrier, seeks a Sr. Construction Liability Claims Specialist to manage complex New York Labor Law and Construction Liability claims from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include investigating coverage, evaluating damages, establishing reserves, and negotiating settlements with defense counsel support. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of NY Labor Law and/or Construction Liability claims experience, strong negotiation and writing #J-18808-Ljbffr King's Insurance Staffing
