- 10+ years of techno-functional experience in applications such as SAP Data Management, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP Information Steward.
- At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing an onsite/offshore delivery model.
- Experience in MDG configuration of Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Financial Objects, and Material, with the ability to advise on best practices in SAP EIM / MDG solution stack.
- Strong grasp on data/process modeling, UI Design, derivations, duplicate data checks, and Rule-based Workflow (BRF PLUS).
- Understanding of replication frameworks with data transfer, ALE/IDOC, key & value mapping, and MDG export, import, and conversion of master data.
- Broad view of data platforms used with MDM, such as NetWeaver, XI, Tibco, and ABAP.
- Experience presenting to senior customer leadership is preferred.
- Lead SAP MDG implementation projects and manage client engagements.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP EIM / MDG best practices and configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals.
- Expertise in SAP MDG, SAP Data Services, and SAP Information Steward.
- Strong experience in client-facing consulting roles with delivery management.
