Drywall Foreman

Responsibilities Oversee, manage, and mentor craft workers Coordinate jobsite logistics Maintain relationships with other trades and the main project team Lead DPR’s Injury Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program Monitor production and quality of crews Read and understand drawings and specifications Procure and track materials to be installed Coordinate work scopes and assist in the creation of resource‑loaded schedules Requirements At least 8–10 years of experience in all aspects of the drywall trade Ability to lead and support a crew while ensuring safety and quality standards Strong organizational and communication skills Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) match Pay based on experience and capabilities DPR is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
