Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Rehab
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting and be committed to enhancing patients' mobility and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient rehabilitation is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- First-time Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Schedule Details
- Shifts available: 4x10 hour shifts (06:45 - 17:00) with flexibility for 8-hour shifts.
- No weekend shifts required.
- Schedule requests can be discussed with the manager for accommodations.
Additional Information
- Guaranteed hours: Potential for up to 36 hours of call-offs per thirteen-week assignment.
- Parking: A parking permit is required but is provided at no cost.
- Charting System: Cerner.
- Scrub Color: Grey.
