Step into a pivotal healthcare position delivering support for minimally invasive, image-guided procedures as an Interventional Radiology Technologist. This contract role provides the opportunity to work alongside expert clinicians in both Radiology and OR environments, ensuring high-quality care for patients undergoing complex procedures.


Key Skills & Experience:

• Schedule/Hours: Please inquire for current shifts and availability.
• Previous experience as an IR Technologist required
• Direct experience with imaging equipment operation, sterile scrub, and circulating in interventional suites
• Proven competency in diagnostic and interventional procedures, including but not limited to: angiography, embolization, venous access, venography, myelography, abdominal interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsy, TIPS, and dialysis access/fistula interventions
• Familiarity with neuro, cardiac, or vascular surgery environments highly preferred
• Y90/SIRT procedural experience is a bonus
• Active certifications and compliance with professional licensure standards as applicable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of imaging and interventional equipment during procedures
• Maintain sterile fields and assist with hands-on procedural tasks in both Radiology and Operating Room settings
• Circulate, monitor, and anticipate procedural needs to support providers and patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate documentation, patient safety, and optimum care outcomes
• Adapt to a dynamic caseload, including urgent and scheduled cases in neuro, cardiac, and vascular domains
