Job Opportunity: Night Shift Respiratory Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our team during the night shift. This role involves delivering exceptional respiratory care to both adult and pediatric patients within an acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory needs.
- Administer and monitor oxygen and ventilator therapies.
- Manage and maintain airway equipment effectively.
- Respond promptly to rapid response and code situations.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create and modify care plans.
- Ensure precise documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures in a patient-centered, team-oriented setting.
- Certification and licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
This position requires working night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment, where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential.
