Construction Project Executive | Greater Phoenix | Healthcare, Life Sciences & Higher Education
We're conducting a confidential search for a Construction Project Executive to join a nationally recognized general contractor delivering some of the country's most complex Healthcare, Life Sciences and Higher Education projects.
Backed by more than $1 billion in annual construction volume, our client has built a substantial portfolio of negotiated work and repeat business by consistently delivering technically demanding projects for leading institutional owners. Their reputation for quality, execution and long-term client partnerships continues to drive opportunities across the Greater Phoenix market.
This is an opportunity to provide executive oversight for a portfolio of complex projects while playing a larger role in operational planning, executive decision-making and client engagement. You'll work alongside senior leadership to strengthen key client relationships, mentor project teams and support the successful delivery of hospitals, research facilities, university campuses, medical office buildings and other institutional projects.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor
- Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Positive attitude
$190,000-$285,000 base salary, plus a lucrative bonus program, profit sharing, vehicle allowance, relocation assistance and a comprehensive executive benefits package.
