Quotation Specialist - Gear

Now, we're looking for a dedicated and motivated Quotations Specialist - Gear to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers! This position is housed in our Blue Ridge region and work must be performed at one of our Blue Ridge based branches.

The Quotations Specialist - Gear will be responsible for:

• Obtaining market information
• Working with customers, providing them with quotes and preparing packages for various projects
• Working closely with Project Management team
• Fulling customer project request
• Entering change orders and handling expedite requests between contractors and manufacturers.
• Negotiating pricing with manufacture and supply quotes to contractors for change orders.
• Closely coordinating between contractors, manufacturers, manufacturer reps and sales team to ensure material arrives correctly and on time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or B.Sc. in Logistics, Purchase and Supply, Business Administration or related fields are typically preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with electrical commodities such as lighting and supporting hardware is a plus.
• Experience in quoting or pricing support roles preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
