This role helps ensure efficient daily operations and supports inventory accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipmentsAssist in verifying deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentationMaintain receiving records and support inventory accuracyHelp identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortagesProvide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operationsAssist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activitiesEnsure receiving areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsCommunicate operational issues or concerns to managementQualificationsPrevious experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operationsBasic understanding of receiving processesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a supervisory or lead roleFamiliarity with inventory and receiving processesExperience in high-volume environmentsWork Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily warehouse or receiving environment.
