Job Title: Regional Coordinator
location : Remote / Assigned Region
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate EFMP respite care services within an assigned region.
- Process service packets and support family intake.
- Contact families and assist with service coordination.
- Match families with qualified respite care providers.
- Track provider availability and service status.
- Maintain required documentation and case records.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Serve as a liaison between families, providers, and program management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting social service programs.
- At least 3 years of experience managing remote staff or remote service delivery.
- Strong case coordination, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
