Senior Engineer, R&D Digital

Senior Engineer supporting Clinical Trial Management Solutions systems and processes at Johnson & Johnson's R&D division. The role optimizes digital platforms for clinical study management, translates business needs into technical solutions, and collaborates across IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement and user enablement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement technology improvements to CTM Solutions systems that deliver measurable value
- Assess study-team requirements and translate them into practical system and process solutions
- Support study build, maintenance, and effective system use throughout the study lifecycle
- Provide end-user support through service tickets and troubleshoot advanced system issues with IT and vendors
- Coordinate release management, user acceptance testing, integrations, and deliver training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years clinical trial execution experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or CRO
- Proficiency with IT systems, clinical development tools, Office 365, and database administration
- Solid understanding of drug development, Good Clinical Practices, and FDA regulations
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across organizational levels
- Superior communication, problem-solving, and business partnering skills
- Global business mindset and ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
